I have blocked numerous numbers on my cell phone and now they are calling from private numbers which are also blocked. However a voicemail is left with a 915-245-4952 number to call back for Health enrollment.
I called today 3-1-18 at 10:21 cst and spoke with Jasmine and attempted to ask her to remove my number from their call list, she hung up. I called right back and Angel answered, I asked her the name of the company and she said Health enrollment center, I asked her so that is the name of the company and she hung up. I called right back and Rachel answered the phone, I asked her the name of the company and she hung up. I called right back now the 4th time Jason answered and I stated to him that I hope he does not hang up on me I asked him to remove me from their call list, he hung up.
So I filed a complaint with the fcc.
I also added my name to the national do not call list. This company is really sad to have these type of people to represent them.
