Repeated Unsolicited Phone Calls

My mobile is on the DNC registry. I have not asked for any information on health insurance either by phone or on the web. Am receiving calls every ten minutes or so for the past 24 hours from the following numbers: 863-657-**** 954-256-**** 484-891-**** 321-684-****...

For weeks now we have been getting phone calls many times a day, caller ID shows many different numbers, some of them are totally bogus, but if I call back on some of them, they pick up in a noisy phone room, and know immediately our name. I have asked them to STOP but it keeps on.

Today I answered several questions, hoping to get to someone higher up, and the person eventually forwarded me to a "licensed agent" who had more questions, but when I asked her to stop calling me from fake numbers, she said they were not fake and hung up. WILL SOMEONE PLEASE SHUT THESE CREEPS DOWN?????????

Scammers

They repeatedly call, even after I told them to put me on the do not call list. I'm going to be getting in touch with the US Attorney General's office about this

Checking prices and rep advised he needed a credit card number to keep on file and charged account without permission. They claim to have a refund processing but have NEVER seen the refund! Run-around

Called to get pricing on a insurance plan as I thought i may be losing my state Medicaid. I was told i needed to sign the quote and give my credit card number to have on file. I was then charged over 200.00 for a policy I did not ask for or was ever able to use. This is a total SCAM operation!

User's recommendation: DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE, TOTAL SCAMMERS!

These "agents", and I use the term loosely, are the worst people in the business

The fast-talking, unpleasant agent we spoke to was pushy and treated us as though we were clueless as to what was being offered. We agreed and within moments - yes moments - we called to cancel the policy. Long story short - it took days, numerous calls and several times, the 'agent' hung up on us. Even when we were assured it was officially cancelled, the individual hung up. After a month, I received a notice from Optimedhealth thanking us for our business along with the withdrawal for premium of the upcoming month. Optimedhealth has no ideal the policy was cancelled - they had not received anything saying so from National Enrollment. I have now filed a formal complaint against National Enrollment Center and the one agent, although anyone we spoke with was equally rude, and wanted all details about our call. I had no difficulty letting him know of the MIA Complaint being filed.

User's recommendation: STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I must say the agent was very friendly but did not follow through, no email with the policy was received in the stipulated timeframe.

They called because I was seeking Insurance. Gave them all the required information, was given verbal details of the policy with an email to follow for me to go over. That e-mail was not sent. All calls are going to voice mail. No mention of" You have reached the National enrollment Center" No policy received. I did what is necessary.

User's recommendation: place them on hold and call from another line.

Harassment

Every 2.5 minutes I get a call and explain that I would like to be put on the do not call list....and click! I gave the quote site an incorrect number to begin with and they found my REAL # anyhow. Straight harassment!

User's recommendation: Always give fake info for sites moving forward. Be warned people.

Want them to quit calling

I have been getting numerous calls from them daily for months. I've asked to be taken off the list. I've told them that I'm going to die soon, or 15 kids and more on the way. They won't just leave me alone. So I started calling them back. Well, they don't like that. I've been told now that I have a limp d***k, some other very colorful words. Now they are calling me to tell me to go and suck a fat _____. How do you get this to stop?

User's recommendation: Start calling them 810-254-****, 810-246-****, 810-204-****.

Back to back spam calls

National Health Enrollment Center - Back to back spam calls
For nearly an hourKyle Parkshas been calling my phone asking for Katherine. He calls from different numbers and is a complete jerk. I politely told him to stop calling but he continues only to hang up when he realizes its the same person.

User's recommendation: Don’t ask for a quote unless you like 25 phone calls in 5 minutes.

I suggest taking thier call, answer questions with fake info

How they make money is unclear, but profit is their motive. I suggest taking their call, answer questions with fake info to waste their time, eventually they will avoid your call. They about the numbers, waste their time enough and their numbers and profit drop.

User's recommendation: I suggest taking their call, answer questions with fake info, eventually they stop.

Harassing phone calls every single day, 3 times a day.

No matter how many times I click the option to take me off the call list, I get called 3 times a day, every day. When I talk to a representative and ask what company they work for, they immediately hang up.

Health insurance fraud

Explore video interviews
I signed up with the National Health Care Enrollment Center and paid them over $400 and never received any insurance packet in the mail. Supposively I attained Aetna insurance but upon contacting them they have no record of me getting any insurance. I need to sue them. How do I do this since when you call their number you get put on hold and no one ever answers your call. Can someone please tell me what I need to do to remedy this? Now me and my daughter are left without health coverage.

User's recommendation: Do not use them.

The National Health Enrollment Center is a Scam

Robocalled to death by these con artists using what appears non native English speakers that seek your personal information like medications you're taking, zip code, details of confidential medical. God knows where it is stored. These people didn't know what open enrollment was. When I asked them where they were located they hang up. Avoid!

User's recommendation: Avoid these people and work with someone locally.
