Unprofessional company

I get about 5 calls a day from this company. When I told the live person that I was going to report them she laughed and said no your not. I got another call about a minute later and got the same person. I'm tired of their calls. From now on I'm going to go through their prompts and every time I get a live person I'm going to hang up on them. Maybe after a lot of missed sales they will get the idea and stop calling. I wonder if Aetna, United Health Care, Humana and the other insurance companies they claim to represent know that complaints are being posted about this company.

This is not cold calling. It is a scam. They are not selling insurance; they are phishing for ok personal information.

If you have some time, why not play along with them as if you are interested in whatever it is they are selling or pitching? Keep them on the line for as long as you can, but make sure you do not give them any real information about you, etc.

They are wasting your time so start wasting theirs. They need the sales so as long as they thing you are a dupe whom they can con into/out of something they will waste their time on you.

Company Harassing me

Currently proceeding with legal actions against this company. Have been receiving 30-50 calls per week from different numbers from this company for nearly 6 months, even though I have "pressed 2 to be placed on our do not call list" several times, as well as spoken with a person and politely asked. I have blocked hundreds of numbers and still they keep calling. I am fed up with my day being interrupted with this non-stop *** I am keeping detailed records and will be pursuing financial charges in any way possible to recover the lost time and disruption I have suffered from. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH National Enrollment center!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

How can i get in on legal actions against this company....im sick of the herrasing calls every 5 minutes..I work nights and they keep calling me first thing in the morning through out the day..yes i can turn the phone off but if someone is placing an emergency call to me i woukd b upset

A never ending slew of calls for a service I don't need

This company calls me 5 times per day from different phone numbers (some from "Ohio," some from "Florida," etc.). I've asked to be removed countless times and it simply doesn't happen. I don't remember hating a company more than this one. And when you actually get a person on the phone they are super quick to just hang up on you! I mean, how do they even get business? To top things off, I don't even need health insurance, but they seem to think I do. I'm going to reach out to the Better Business Bureau and my state attorney general to combat them and make them pay. Their existence as a company doesn't even make sense to me. Their refusal to stop calling me for a service I'll never buy is mind-boggling.

Harassment period

they call me 15 times a day and will not stop and when you ask to be put on their do not call list they hang up on you. they call from 20 diffrent numbers. i have not applied with any type of insurance system at all. it is out of control some one should do something about them it is not legal for some one to call you 15 times in a day for a week straight at all. and then they are rude on top of that when you ask them to stop and they hang up. you cant even call half of the numbers back. it not fair that i have to block number after number and i have a business that i use my phone for so i is just disruptive to have to place people on hold to answer other line and its them harrasing the!!

Same with me... the computer has been calling my number from at least 20 different cities.

I complained to the FCC and I gave them all the exchanges they have used in one week. It doesn’t matter if you push #2 so that number does not call you back... he computer just calls you again from a different number. 3 times I tried to talk to someone to remove my name and 3 times they hung up on me.

This is beyond harassement. FCC when are you going to step up your game and fix this issue!!!

Harassing Phone Calls

I keep getting Harassing Phone calls from a man claiming to be from the National Health Enrollment Center, 5-calls so far today. I did Not request any information, as he claims...Every Call, is from the same area code, yet each has a different number, When I tried to call them back to complain, that number "is No Longer In Service"... 708-834-**** 708-834-**** 708-834-**** 708-834-**** 708-875-**** I will be reporting these harassing calls to the FTC, FCC and FBI...This is Harassment and these Boiler Room Calls need to be stopped...What does it take to put these people out of business for Harassing people who do NOT wish to purchase this product..??? These Numbers are an Chicago, IL location...It seems that Boiler Rooms have moved to Chicago, IL and every Call of this nature I get has a Chicago, IL Area Code...

Phone calls

I have been getting up to 10 calls a day from Angie. A robo call. I can't seem to get it to stop. How do I stop this from continuing. I even shut off my phone. HELP! I do not want insurance and these calls need to stop. I have called another number and they say there is nothing they can do. Does anyone know how to stop these calls. If you do please post something to help all of us that are sick of Angie. Even as of today I made another call and put on the do not call list and the calls keep on coming. I am beyond angry with this process and it is a violation of my rights and privacy.

I was trying to shop around for new health insurance and was hoping to get quote estimates online- unfortunately, one of the sites I must have visited wasn't legit, because the day after, I began receiving calls. The first day, I received 55 calls from this group specifically. The next day, still getting calls- and every time I tell them to remove me from their call list, they hang up on me, and I still end up getting more calls! I don't know what to do to stop them- look, I don't need insurance anymore, go away! And they keep calling from many different numbers, so even if I block one, they just end up using another. The calls are from all over: CA, FL, AL, MD, MI... even more are "unknown." I'm recording every call they make now, along with time and every request I've made for them to stop- if they don't cut it out soon, I'm gonna use this to open up an investigation into this shady "business" and file charges against them. It's infuriating. I even looked into a lot of the super low-price plans they claimed to offer- most did not seem legitimate, or were "discount" cards and not actual insurance plans. I've attached a few screenshots- and these are mostly of the times I DIDN'T answer, not even all the times I did!

These guys call and call from a bunch of different numbers. I’ve threatened them with lawsuits but they keep coming. I’m going to sue once I can get their info. My suggestion would be to record calls and get as much information as possible.

I can't get rid of these guys

I get calls from these *** a few times a day. I block them, and ask to be taken off their list. But they keep on coming. I ask to speak the supervisor, nothing. What's their deal? Is anyone stupid enough to sign up with them? Does this honestly actually work? Is there any way to actually get rid of them? My phone comes up with "Scam Likely" every time, so I know who it is. And I get different people everytime. I have tried leading them on, but they soon just hang up on me. I have even tried calling them back, bu the number is dead. I know this is stupid, but I do it occasionally as I doubt I can make it worse. More than anything I want to know what they are hoping to achieve.

IF I WANTED WHAT YOU PROVIDE I WOULD CALL YOU!!!! IF YOU OFFER AN OPTION TO BE PLACED ON THE DO NOT CALL LIST THAT MAKE IT FUNCTIONAL YOU LOW LIFES!!! I realize you are just trying to make a living and cold calls suck so let me offer some advice go to school get a career and stop *** people off. If you must work in a call center then DONT HANG UP ON A PERSON!!!! You are the ones that are going to need health insurance!!! I should not have to have a long list of stupid numbers in my block list because you people thing harassing and bothering people is a good income earner. Get a life or better yet get a job.
