Won't stop calling!! more than 30x a day

they call after never asking for any health ins quotes. When calling them back and asking them to take our number off their list as we are on the dnc registry they abruptly hung up. When I called back and asked who the parent company was they hung up. When I told them that I had never asked for any info regarding health ins and did not want them to call back they hung up. Can not get anywhere with this company and am very upset. they call insistently at least 30 times per day. Does anyone know how to get your number off their list? thanks

23 calls today and counting

I started receiving calls from this company today at 8:05 am pacific time. It's now almost 1:30pm and I've just received me 23rd call. Yes. 23! I am on the national do not call list. I did not apply for new health coverage. When I've actually answered the phone they ask for Michael. My name is Michelle. When I asked them to remove my number from their call list, they abruptly hang up. When I answer the phone with my name (for work I answer with my name), they say oops, wrong number and hang up. Just received my 24th call. I called my mobile provider and they helped me to identify the nature of the calls (I was concerned about picking up at first thinking it was some kind of scam). The woman from my provider called several of the numbers back (I've received calls from at least 15 numbers in 7 states). This is a horrible business practice. Even if I did want your services (which I don't and have never asked for), I would never buy anything from a company with such horrible business practices. Call 25 and again they hung up! Stop harassing me!

Same thing is happening to us - at our office. Multiple calls in a day with caller ID from all over the US. Abrupt hang-ups from people obviously in a call center bullpen.

I have received 20-25 of these enrollment center calls today! I am on the do not call list as well and have not applied to anything! it is disturbing my work and I cannot get anywhere by talking with them, this is horrible that someone cannot stop this

This is happening to me right now! I wish there was a solution to this problem.

I was told to answer every time they call so I can tell them to take me off the call list but like the story above, once they find out that I am not "Brian," the hang up! I've tried to call some of them back but there's just way too many numbers to keep track of. They are calling from all over the U.S. All for the same company asking for the same man.

I tried to figure out the name of the company and all I got was Insurance Enrollment Center. I looked that up and obviously that's not the company's name it's just what the company is. They won't give me their business name.

I explained to many different people that I was being called every two minutes and two out of maybe 10-12 actually tried to help. I told one man that I was going to call the Better Business Bureau and he enthusiastically said, "OK!"

They keep calling me 5 times a day ATLEAST! They ask for Chad my name is Todd.

They just dont seem to believe me.

The last call I got the guy even preceeded to accuse me of stealing chads phone. I am sure this place is some kind of scam and will most likely end up being a 60 minutes special report for ripping off old people or something.

HARASSMENT BY NATIONAL HEALTH ENROLLMENT CENTER

I currently do not have insurance & was browsing on the internet. I applied for a few quotes. I was only requesting a quote via the internet & not to speak with anyone. The next thing you know my phone is blowing up. When I finally answered one of the calls it said, good bye & disconnected me. This continued happening, all from different locations. I decided to write down these numbers & return the calls. Each & every one I contacted hung up on me when I requested to be removed from their system. The ones that didn't hang up were extremely, extremely rude-and that's an understatement! Last Friday I answered a call & low & behold there was some on one the other end. They asked if I obtained insurance, I advised I had & she said she would remove me from their system. I did find one or two that agreed to take my number out of their master data base but the calls started again today. I have been doing this for over a week & am sick and tired of the harassment. Can anyone tell me how I can cease these calls. I'm ready to try the local police to see if I can file harassment by communication charges.

(Hopefully) resolution / stopping of unwanted calls from this number

After receiving multiple (unwanted/unsolicited) calls from a number claiming to be the National Health Insurance Enrollment Center, my husband (for whom they asked) saying we are not looking for health insurance and asking repeatedly (twice in 10 minutes on two different phone calls) to be placed on their do not call list (I'd also requested it, but they said I couldn't do it, that it had to be the person whom they were calling, i.e., my husband), I called the number back. Twice asking to be put on their do not call list, twice I was disconnected. Finally, I called back a third time and asked repeatedly to speak to a manager. (The rep kept asking how could she help me, I simply kept saying I wanted to speak to a manager.) Finally a manager named Scott came on the phone and when he said it was against protocol to give out his last name, I said "Well, that's funny because your company keeps calling my home and has ignored my requests to be put on the do not call list. [He was still listening at this point.] We have very good employer health insurance and at NO point did we EVER solicit information for alternate health insurance." I went on to point out that our number is on the FTC national do not call registry, so at no point should I have received a phone call from them in the first place. He assured me that our number would be placed on the do not call registry. It's been about 10 minutes so far and no phone calls. (I swear they'd call every 10 minutes; often a non-answer call from an 800 number, followed IMMEDIATELY by a call from 410-844-****. Guess the robo call was checking to see if someone would answer, and if so, our number would be patched into a rep. They aren't even smart enough to change the call-back number, but user the same 410 number every time.) So if anyone else is being harassed by this company, call back, repeatedly ask to speak to a manager (don't even explain why to the rep who answers), get the manager's name, note the time of your call, and then make your request.

I'm experiencing the same issue, yet they repetitively hang up on me when I call back and asked to be removed. I work from my phone number and the calls 10 times a day is disruptive.

When I do get a rep on the phone, she has the nerve to ask me "how can she help me!" After I ask to be removed from the dialer.

They never get a manager and there is no resolution. Please help!

You can't stop them but you can waste their time. Call them back repeatedly go through the process and tell them it is a prank call. I call them over and over and they get so frustrated.

For months now these idiots have been harassing me. My mobile number is on the national do not call list, I've selected the option for ten to remove me from the call list, I've talked to customer service workers and requested to be removed. These leaches just keep calling 2-3 times per day.

This is a scam and not a real company! BEWARE!!!

I don't know how they got my information but all of a sudden I started getting calls. It was ridiculous the number of calls I was getting each day. Finally I called the phone company to see if they could help me, they referred me to the Federal Trade Commission. The rep there informed me this is a scam. He said the only way to get rid of them is to keep answering and hanging up on them, eventually they will get your name off their list, but not before. The phone numbers they are "calling" from aren't even their real numbers, they are using sophisticated software to "spoof" other peoples numbers. I called one back and it was a print shop in Florida who had no idea their number was being used for this. The best part is these calls are originating from outside the US, so we can't do a thing about it except fight back. I suggest to anyone who gets called from these scammers--when they finally do come on the line, harass them back with derogatory comments so they know that you are aware they aren't for real.

Harassing Calls Review

I got over 25 calls in 2 hours. When asked if I could be taken off the list they hung up. Twice. This is INSANE and needs to STOP or I will take legal actions to you low lives. Get a rea`l job instead of hiding behind a co mputer all day

I have been insured for almost a year now. I did not request a quote and do not give out my phone number to anyone. I received 30+ calls in one day about health insurance. I answered the first call, asked to be removed and was hung up on. The next call I answered had a lady laughing uncontrollably and when she realized someone was on the other line(me), she hung up. A number if other calls were a recording - when I answered, i heard "goodbye". I tried asking how they got my information and they coul not explain. I asked to be removed with the few people who were friendly and responsive. Hopefully the calls will stop because this is ridiculously unprofessional.

For months they called 2-3 times everyday. I am on the do not call list, I requested on their automated system to remove my number, and I asked multiple customer service people to remove my number to no avail. I finally found them online the number to them is 877-347-****. Health Coverage Super Center dot com is them. Good luck and harass them back.

National health enrollment center

This company called four times four times and there was no one on the line, then they just kept calling. Finally there was a person on the line and I asked for my number to be taken off the call list and the man said "it's a call center what are you going to do about it". So when I called back after he hung up on me I was told there are no supervisors. So then I called and finally got a supervisor and he told me that no one would ever do that at his call center. I am extreamly disappointed that this company would treat their customers like this.
