We have received any where from 7 to 10 calls per day. When we asked them to remove our number, they said no and hung up. Another representative stated she gets paid by the hour and hung up when I asked her if I should call her all day long. We received a call today (12/5/16) at 07:51 AM according to the caller id. Other times we have tried to get a supervisor or asked who they are and they just hang up. This is harassment as I have asked... Read more

I tried being nice and asking to be taken off the lists, I tried being an *** and every in between but they wont stop calling me and its the most harassing thing I have ever experienced! This is *** coming form the Government! All I wanted was a quote and now I am harassed on a daily basis from different healthcare provider who dont listen to you and just ignore you and try to sell you their insurance! I was looking for an affordable family health insurance and their representative asked me if my credit card information is ready. I can't believe that he asked for it, even before giving me any health insurance information (he offered me that he can find me a family health insurance for $500-$600). This solicitation company has been calling me multiple times per day over two weeks from 16 different phone numbers. All claim to be from "Nationwide" and then they transfer to a broker from "Health Enrollment Center". I keep informing them I am on the No Call list and to take me off their call list. THEY STILL KEEP CALLING EVERYDAY WHILE I'M TRYING TO WORK!!! I actually speak to the same person sometimes and they don't realize they have already... Read more

I have received so many calls from this organization it is unreal. In the past hour I have received 6 and from multiple different numbers. I started off by nicely saying I wasn't interested, then started politely asking to be removed from their call list, but the calls still persist. I have tried asking to speak with management, but get hung up on. I have tried every path I can think of but it seems like the more I ask for them to stop the more... Read more

Okay, so FOUR TIMES in as little as 2 hours I've gotten calls from these people. Whether I'm calm and polite or whether I scream at the top of my lungs to ask them to STOP CALLING ME, there is no difference. They keep calling. As IF I would give personal information to some bozo calling from India trying to sell me bogus health insurance? They called me and wouldn't stop I know tired the same people was calling me from Virgina to Texas so I told them take me off the calling list twice and still calling so I started calling them non stop not say a word put it on mute one started calling me immature said I ain't got a woman or man maybe try a animal then he said maturity was very important they get paid hourly blah blah blah *** please you getting paid by how many people you scam... These people (who call themselves "health insurance brokers" but are very likely unlicensed in reality) are paying boiler-room scammers who ignore the Do-Not-Call (DNC) list to get "leads", meaning, to get people on the line for them who are apparently interested in the product they are selling (health insurance in this case). They are paying something like $4 to $5 per "active lead". This way they preserve some kind of fairly plausible... Read more

Constant calls from them. Rude customer service rep. Asked on numerous occassions to be removed from their list. It needs to stop.
